i’ve been working through the kinks I’m having with the Sachs E50. An earlier post showed my exhaust mount, which turned out to be a terrible idea. swing arms swing and you can’t mount exhausts to them. I knew this of course, but for some reason I didn’t connect the dots between the shock bolt and the swing arm. Silly me.
Because of this problem, I’ve blown or lost 3 gaskets in the past 2 weeks and lost lots of allen bolts. I guess I’m lucky the pipe didn’t crack.
i’ve been selling off my classic video game collection to fund my motorbike obsession. i guess you can say it was a good investment over the last 10 years because I’ve made a not-insignificant sum of CASH. what can vidya do for you?

I picked up this beauty (the bike, not the lady) for a steal from Larry in NJ this past weekend. Other than needing a new petcock, it’s pretty good to go.
finally have everything together. I had to have some links broken out of my chain because it was way too long. bike shops won’t do it, motorcycle shops want to charge me $30, so I asked MopedLar and he popped them off with his bench grinder. the last step was figuring out something to hold up the pipe. cheerydale hardware comes through for me again…
my treats orders for this build SO FAR. this does not include the pipe, carb, and velocity stack. you do that math

because of the very small frame clearance between the g3 and the e50, i had to get creative to get the intake to fit
